Bob Marley birth name was Nesta Robert Marley OM. He was born at February 6th 1945 and later died at May 11th 1981. Bob Marley was a Jamaican singer-songwriter who achieved an international fame through a series of crossover genre reggae albums. He is considered as the greatest reggae artist of all time. Bob Marley started his career in 1963 with his own group called the Wailers (often referred as Bob Marley and the Wailers). But after the Wailers disbanded in 1974, Bob Marley decided to solo career. And then he release Exodus album in 1977 which established his worldwide reputation and become one of the greatest artists in the 70s. He was a committed rastafarian who infused his music with a profound sense of spirituality.
