The Backstreet Boys are an American pop and R&B vocal harmony group, who often referred as BSB. Backstreet Boys were formed in Orlando, Florida in 1993 and consists of Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, A. J. McLean, Kevin Richardson and Brian Littrell. Backstreet Boys reached international success in the late of 1990s and the beginning of 2000s. The band became more popular after released album Millennium in 1999. Backstreet Boys also having many fans, especially teenage girl. They have sold album over 130 million records world-wide, making them the best-selling boy band in history, and also one of the world's best-selling music artists. Backstreet Boys also considered as one of the greatest and the most popular boyband in the world of all time.
BACKSTREET BOYS PROFILE
Backstreet Boys started their debut international album in 1996. In the following year, they released their second album, Backstreet's Back. This album help to continued the group's success in the United States. But later, they gained international mainstream success after released their third album, Millennium in 1999. This album ranked number one in Billboard 100 album by the end of 1999. Millennium album also became the best-selling album of Backstreet Boys until now. This albums produced some songs that enter chart song in around the world.
In 2000, Black & Blue released as Backstreet Boys' fourth album. After a two-year hiatus, they regrouped and released a comeback album Never Gone in 2005. Backstreet Boys then released two albums again, Unbreakable (2007) and This Is Us (2009). Their eight and latest album, In a World Like This, which was also Backstreet Boys' first independent album, was released in July 2013.
