Black Eyed Peas, often referred as BEP, is an American hip hop group. They were formed in Los Angeles, US in 1995. Black Eyed Peas lineup consists of three rappers, will.i.am (original name William Adams), apl.de.ap (original name Allan Pineda) and Taboo (original name Jaime Gomez), and also female singer, Fergie (original name Stacy Ferguson). Black Eyed Peas' main musical style was hip hop, with combinations of other music genres such R&B, pop and dance influences. They has sold an estimated 56 million records worldwide. Black Eyed Peas also hold record as the second-best-selling artist/group of all time for downloaded tracks, with over 42 million sales as of the end of 2011. They won several awards including numerous Grammy Awards winner.

Although the group was founded in 1995, it was not until the release of third album, Elephunk in 2003 that they found widespread acclaim and achieve high record sales. Their first major hit was the 2003 single Where Is the Love? from Elephunk, which topped the charts in 13 countries, including the United Kingdom, and became Britan's best-selling single of 2003. Their fourth album, Monkey Bussiness was an ever bigger worldwide success. Four singles released from this album including Don't Phunk with My Heart, Don't Lie, My Humps and Pump It.

Later, Black Eyed Peas released their fifth studio album, The E.N.D. in 2009. This album produced two of their biggest song, I Gotta Feeling and Boom Boom Pow. Those two songs have simultaneously held the No.1 and No.2 spots on the Billboard Hot 100, making them as one of only 11 artists to do that. It also topped chart for 26 consecutive weeks long. I Gotta Feeling song also became the first single to sell more than one million downloads in the United Kingdom. In November 2010, Black Eyed Peas released their sixth album, The Beginning.
